I first met Lou and Rogene Villamonte in 1996, when their company, The Computer Magician was referred to me for the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln’s “computer needs.”
Today those needs have advanced way beyond where we started and I am pleased that The Computer Magician has kept pace with the changes.  Today I receive effective, proficient service. Lou, Rogene and the staff are still as hardworking and extremely caring about the service they provide as they were 20 years ago.

I have had several positive experiences with The Computer Magician over the past 18 years. My first acquaintance with The Computer Magician was in the summer of 1998 when my law office of 8 lawyers and 5 staff people decided to network our computers. We had no experience in networking and needed to secure technical assistance. After interviewing several companies, we chose The Computer Magician.

This is a short note to say – you’ve made the right decision. The Computer Magician (Luis and Rogene Villamonte) are simply the best. They have helped our business immeasurably. When we found TCM we were struggling with network stability. Our systems were outdated and fragmented. We had no WiFi and our ability to grow our business was limited. Since engaging TCM, all of our computer issues have magically disappeared.

The Computer Magician has been doing our computer work ever since 2009, setting up our custom-built computer system. They've always given me top-notch service and advice, and have done an excellent job at keeping my computer running fast and smooth. Lou designed and hosts our website, and we get numerous complements on it. The Computer Magician is the way to go... I highly recommend them!

I called The Computer Magician because I couldn't get on the internet anymore and thought I had viruses. They were very friendly on the phone, so I ended up taking my computer to their office. Not only did they get all the viruses off and made my computer so much faster, they gave me tips to keep me from getting the viruses again and cleaned my laptop’s keyboard. Great service, I will definitely take my computer back in the future.
