I have had several positive experiences with The Computer Magician over the past 18 years. My first acquaintance with The Computer Magician was in the summer of 1998 when my law office of 8 lawyers and 5 staff people decided to network our computers. We had no experience in networking and needed to secure technical assistance. After interviewing several companies, we chose The Computer Magician.

In July, 2014, the law office of Endacott, Peetz & Timmer, came into existence with 4 lawyers and 5 staff assistants and I became associated with the firm in an "of counsel" capacity. Since then the firm has grown to 8 lawyers and 8 staff. Again, several companies were considered and The Computer Magician was chosen to assist the new office in creating and servicing its networking/computer needs.

My third experience was with the Hruska Clinic, where I do some legal work, which has about 10 workstations where again The Computer Magician was chosen to create and manage the networking/computer needs of the company.

In all three instances, the creation and installation of the networking system was seamless with The Computer Magician working over the weekend so on a Monday morning, the system was running and fully functional. We have had no failures of our network and, because the companies are on service contracts, they were able to have uninterrupted network service and to secure the technical support needed to keep all computers running and upgraded on a very timely basis. The Computer Magician will tell you when you need new equipment, etc. and you need not worry about being "oversold"

The staff at the Computer Magician, headed by Luis and Rogene Villamonte, are very knowledgeable. We have found them pleasant to deal with and quick to respond whenever problems develop. I recommend them highly, whether it be for business or home-use solutions.
