I was recommended to The Computer Magician by one of my friends and they did not disappoint! I have been wanting to build my own PC for a long time so I finally did the research, ordered the parts and all I had to do was put it together. That's when my friend suggested I take the parts to The Computer Magician to have it built. After dropping off the parts, Vinny and Louie were in contact on how to make my PC run even better with a few upgraded parts from the ones that I had brought in. They were very knowledgeable about everything, kept me informed on the process, and made sure I was leaving their shop with the best possible PC. Their pricing is more than fair and they were quick to getting the machine back to me. Even after I picked it up, Louie was giving me upgrade tips for later down the road when I want to improve my PC. I would recommend anyone in the area looking to build a PC or that has PC issues to take it to The Computer Magician. I'll definitely be going back for any of my PC needs in the future!

I was having issues with a couple of my ssd drives not working properly, within a couple days they found the issue. Gave me options on how to fix the issues and within 24 hrs had the parts ordered and the computer ready for pick up. They also cleaned the inside, and redid some of the wire management for me. Great 1 on 1 interaction with the techs and we even took the time to talk about possible future upgrades and where to start. I will absolutely be taking my pc back to them for regular cleanings and bench testing/upgrades needs.

I have been to The Computer Magician 3 times for issues with my gaming PC and I have been more than satisfied every time. They always keep you updated via phone with what the issues are and what they can do to fix them. The price for labor is more than fair and the best price you can get in Lincoln compared to other computer repair stores in the area. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and always explain what they do to your machine. I will be returning every time I have computer problems! Thank you!

I walked into the store curious of what the services offered were. I may not have purchased anything but the guy that helped me did answer a lot of questions I had about my recent build. Even after he realized I wasn't going to buy anything, he continued to give me more insight on what I should do and look out for when upgrading my PSU or buying cord for it. With the knowledge and first hand experience stories he shared with me, if anything were to happen with my PC or i get scared with a build, I would bring it here without a doubt.

Came here about 2 years ago after ordering PC parts so they could build it as at the time I didn't have the best idea on how to build PC's it came back to me looking beautiful.Just here recently my cooling system quit on me and I took it up to them so I could get their opinion, they gave me some ideas and after a bit of discussion they gave me an amazing cooling system that they installed and tested themselves. And it once again came back to me looking brand new. 10/10 computer shop, they will treat you well.

I brought our CPU unit in for a cleaning and after discussing all the options, came home with a brand new CPU to replace our 10 year old unit. Bought the original from The Computer Magician and with their expert maintenance and help we were able to have it for ten years! Looking forward to the next ten with this new unit. Vincent custom built a monster personal computer for me, and due to no fault of his own, a few months later the graphics card went bad. Not only did he replace it with one for me to use while we waited on the replacement one, but he performed all the labor free of charge and kept in touch with me the whole time.Great personal service, very competent and trustworthy. Definitely the best around at what they do.

I'd tried what I could as far as troubleshooting why our PC's microsoft PIN wasn't functional but hadn't been changed. No luck. Vincent and Louie took care of it. Turns out one of the gaming platforms our son uses was the avenue of virus infection. Quick, affordable, and THOROUGH!! Great customer experience. We'll be buying our next PC from them plus their PC security service this summer!!
