How does this compare to hiring in-house?

We come to your office, inventory your workstations, servers, network hardware and software, check whether your backups actually restore, review who has administrative access, and look at your firewall and endpoint protection. You get a written summary of what we found and what we would prioritize — and that summary is yours whether or not you hire us.

What exactly is a “user”?

One person, and every device they use. If someone has a desktop, a laptop and a phone on your systems, that is still one user. We price per person because that is what actually drives support volume — not per device.

Is there a minimum number of users?

No. Some providers price a 6-person firm as though it had 10 users. We do not. You pay for the people you have.

Do servers cost extra?

Servers are quoted on top of per-user pricing because monitoring and maintaining one is genuinely more work than a workstation. We tell you the number up front in the assessment.

Am I locked into a long contract?

We offer both month-to-month and annual agreements. Annual costs less. If month-to-month suits you better while you decide whether we are any good, that is fine.

What if we only need help occasionally?

Then a managed contract may not be right for you, and we will say so. We also do hourly and project work — repairs, network installs, custom builds — with no ongoing commitment.

Why publish pricing when most IT companies will not?

Because you are trying to work out whether to call us, and a page that says “contact us for pricing” wastes your time and ours. The number is a genuine starting point, not bait.
