Business Security Solutions in Lincoln and Omaha, NE
Professional camera system design and installation for indoor and outdoor monitoring with remote viewing.
Overview
A well-designed security camera system helps you see what is happening at your property, review incidents when questions arise, and deter unwanted activity through visible coverage. The Computer Magician LLC designs and installs camera systems for commercial buildings, offices, churches, schools, and other organizations that need dependable video monitoring with practical remote access.
Cameras, doors, and the network under them
Security work is installed as a facility job: indoor and outdoor cameras, remote viewing, storage, and door access that can share the same structured cabling plant.
Remote viewing
Systems are set up so authorized people can view cameras away from the site.
Storage is part of the design
How long video is kept is a design question for the recorder and retention policy, not an afterthought.
Doors and cameras on one plan
Cameras can integrate with door access. Facility projects can combine cabling, Wi-Fi, and cameras without stopping daily operations.
How this work is done
1
Walk the entries and work areas
Coverage is planned for the actual doors, work areas, and exterior perimeter.
2
Design recording and viewing
Retention, remote viewing, and whether access control is in scope are decided before hardware is mounted.
3
Install without shutting the site down
Facility projects can be planned so daily operations continue during the install.
4
Connect cameras to a real network
Cabling and wireless are treated as part of the security job, not a separate mystery vendor.

In many deployments, camera systems and door access can work together for a more complete physical security setup. We can discuss integration during planning.
Access Control, Door Security, and Alarms
The Computer Magician LLC installs business security as one local service: cameras, keycard and door access control, and alarm systems in Lincoln and Omaha. Door access systems let you control who enters your building and when—without managing physical keys for every person who needs access. We plan and deploy access control with door readers, entry management, user permissions, and remote administration, with optional integration into your camera system.
- Keys distributed to too many people with no tracking or revocation process
- No way to limit access to certain areas by role or schedule
- Difficulty auditing who entered a building and when
- Separate camera, door, and alarm systems that do not work together
Access control capabilities
- Access control and door readers
- User permissions and access schedules
- Remote administration
- Camera integration at entry points
- Commercial alarm installation and monitoring planning
